Doorless Entry

There are four basic room types, which can be remodeled to accommodate client specifications, physics requirements, etc. Direct and Maze entry rooms are approximately cost equivalent.

Direct Entry
Direct Entry rooms feature the smallest footprint, offering the most significant space savings. Direct Entry rooms require shielded doors.

Mini Maze Entry
Mini Maze rooms feature a wing wall that captures scatter radiation. This design still features a shielded door, but it will be thinner than the one required by a Direct Entry room.

Maze Entry
Maze entry rooms still require a shielded door that is approximately one-half the size of our standard Direct entry room.

Doorless Entry
Doorless entry designs completely eliminate the need for a door but they do require significantly more space than our other room designs.
